Refused refund for unsuitable product
I gave this one star only because 0 is not possible. I bought a steam cleaner from this company, and despite all their claims of performance it was absolutely useless.
It simply left everything soaked. When used on the kitchen floor not only did it fail to remove dirt, it left the floor so wet I had to get the old mop out to clean up! Ignore any claims you read about their cleaners, they are useless on hard floors, upholstery and carpets alike. When i complained, despite it being totally unfit for purpose I was refused a refund because I had used the product!
I will never buy from this company again.
PS. Recently bought a pressure washer ...
from Bosche. Half the price of the equivalent Karcher and its brilliant.
